Spectre X360 15T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the Spectre X360 15T back in July because and didn't use it very often for the first month. I did, however, notice the few times I used it the fans would run constantly and the device would get really hot over the keyboard. I dismissed this as potentially needing an update or a complete reset, something I heard needed to be done by multiple people to get the Vega M  graphics card properly configured. By the time I was able to get this done I was already outside of my 30 day return period, my fault for not addressing it sooner. Anyway, I knew there were multiple reports of the device overheating and shutting down on people, but that was mostly due to game play, something I don't do. I purchased this computer for content creation.

After 2 months of owning the maching I finally did the factory reset and reinstalled Win 10, updated all of the drivers, and even ensured a BIOS update. Since doing the reset, the machine has the same with many programs, but that is a story for another time. The real issue is the continued overheating issue that I am having. For the most part I have narrowed it down to primarily happening (not exclusively) when I am charging the computer. Yes I get it that when you charge a computer or any device really and use it, it will run a little hot, but the tempretures this thing reaches is beyond a slight increase. The fans start blasting and the upper section above of the keyboard gets nearly untouchable. Anyone else have this problem? This happens no matter what, whether browsing the internet with just Edge or IE running, watching a movie on Amazon/Netflix, or using Adobe Photoshop/Premier. I'm about ready to take the hit and trade this in for something different, any thoughts or suggestions from HP support? They have been conviently busy and unavailable lately.
