Spectre x360 15”

The power button on this laptop has jammed as well as the volume Button and it has been dropped a total of 0 times. I have had the laptop for about a year and a half and it seems it’s been designed to just outlive the manufacturers warranty before breaking down. Literally nothing out of the ordinary has been done to this laptop besides be properly taken care of yet it has failed me so many ways. I have to try and pry out the buttons which is nearly impossible with such small clearance and this is without mentioning the fact the laptop randomly decided to stop reading my hard drive but then proceeds to when I restart the laptop completely? This is unacceptable. I need answers and would expect some sort of reperation for this. As a college student my entire life revolves around this laptop nearly and now every program I own can’t be accessed because of a jammed power button and then a second layer of issues with the hard drive being read.
