I have this Anker HUB:
PowerExpand+ 5-in-1 USB-C Ethernet HUB
https://www.anker.com/uk/products/variant/5in1-usb-c-adapter/A83380A1
The hub works fine for Ethernet and USB connectivity but does not drive any monitor via HDMI.
I have discussed the issue with Anker and they are ok to replace the hub.
Does any one know if this hub 'Will work' (is compatible). There is no point in getting it replaced if it is not faulty!
I have latest updates but have not used Thunderbolt before.
The Thunderbolt control center does not list the HUB on Port 1 or Port 2 even when the Ethernet adaptor is working and a USB mouse is plugged in.
With a HDMI monitor plugged in I get a small extra monitor in windows but cannot do anything with it!
Is this configuration/driver issue or is it a basic compatibility issue with the hub.
Anker seems to think it should work?
Can somone please help.
