Product: Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At nearly midnight, my laptop stopped charging from the AC adapter. I tried resetting the embedded controller an used the HP Support Assistant to update the BIOS but no change. The adapter itself doesn't appear damaged, but I don't have any other USB-C laptops to test the adapter itself. All I could find online was that the USB-C issue could be related.to the BIOS update, but that didn't fix my problem. Earlier I had installed a Microsoft Office update, so not sure if that could be the cause. I've checked for and installed all system updates. Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem, repair solutions,  or how to actually speak with HP tech support would be greatly appreciated.
