Hello, I appreciate this issue is not what your use to however I have come to believe that it is the laptop that’s at fault. After searching the internet for help I have stumbled across a German man with the same issue on a forum. Pioneer the DJ controller make were no use and had no answer for me. This gentleman has solved it and posted a picture but this is in German and on a different layout to me. The audio isn’t being split between my headphones and speaker correctly through a splitter cable. I have switched DJ software and the issue is the same. Could you please advise me on what audio settings I need.
