Product: Star Wars Special Edition Laptop (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hey all,
So I have that Star Wars Special Edition laptop. I had to do a factory reset earlier today, and most everything is fine; except that when I bring up the Command Center, it shows a copy of every folder of the desktop backgrounds. What's weird is that if I click one, both copies are selected. Is there a way to fix this? The command center app wasn't working after I reset, so I redownloaded it from HP, which I think is what caused the doubles to appear. What I don't get is that I checked the files, and there's no copies of any of the folders, so why is it doing this?
