Hello Dear Community  i write you today 'cause i recently bought a new battery for my laptop. It worked like a charm for like a week. I don't know if it is a windows cumulative update, a driver or what. I have to tell that i use my laptop plugged in all the time (because of online college) and i noticed recently that sometimes my laptop is not charging even if it is plugged. I have enable on the BIOS the Adaptive Battery Optimizer and the option that disable the USB CHARGING while power off, when i go to sleep or stop using the laptop i just unplugged it and leave it turned off. Right now is not charging even that it is plugged.

I tried to disable both devices on device manager and then restarting the laptop, but it didn't work. Any solutions??

I uploaded the pictures to google drive because i see that them won't upload here idk why

edit(2): I performed a power reset on the laptop (disconnect it and then while turned off press the power button for 30 seconds) then plugged it and turn it ON and it looks like it's charging, at least according to HP Support Center and that now it has 1% more of charge. But how do i prevent this issue from happening again??
