Elite X2 1013 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In April stopped working my external displays on Elite X2 1013 G3.

Elite x2 1013 G3 have 3 USB-C connectors (1x thunderbold, 2x usb-c supported displays).

I have 3 docks - HP Elite USB-C Docking Station G2 (connect 1 displayPort), HP USB-C Dock G5 (connect 2 displayPorts) and HP ENVY USB-C Hub (connect 1 HDMI), and switching it (home / work / presentation).

All these docks worked until April, and could be connected to Elite x2 1013 G3 via any of three USB-C connectors described above.

I tried everything - update windows, support assistant, uninstall graphic driver and instal from HP support, also instal from Intel, instal displayLink driver.

I know, that seems like bigger problem via computers (not only HP), because this problem is shown via forums, but without advices.

NOTE: All USB-C connectors recognize DOCK for USB devices (mouse, keyboard, ext. HDD), but no any display. Windows not detect more than internal display.

BIOS Q87 Ver. 01.15.00
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620, ver. 27.20.100.9466 (30.03.2021)

TIP for interim solution:

F10 to BIOS, Advanced > System Options, check or uncheck "Enable High Resolution mode when connected to a USB-C DP alt mode dkc.

- it helps interim, it does not matter it checked or unchecked, you have to change it. After save, external monitors via dock works ONLY over one USB-C connector (only Thunderbold). After switch off PC, you have to enter to BIOS again and check/uncheck again, and after this ext. monitors works via thunderbold again.

- so doing it again and again till permanent solution will work.
