Product: Pavilion dv7-4270us
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

While streaming video the picture is choppy and/or stutters. This has been happening for several months now. I have checked the download speed from Speedtest.net and it is always around 85 - 90 MBps so that is not the problem.

 

I have used Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Opera, all with the same results. Cache has been cleared from browsers also. Also have tried pausing video for about 5-10 minutes so video could fully download, but that did not help either.

 

I sure there are an infinte amount of possible problems causing this, but what are some of the more likely problems?

 

Laptop is 6 years old now but is snappy in performing everything else.
