Pavilion G7 2269wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help. My hp is stuck in boot loop and has been for a week. System recovery does nothing, absolutely no options, just tries to boot again. I've tried a fresh install of windows 10 using a usb flash drive. I've tried using a windows 10 repair disk. I've ran both a system quick test and a system extensive test and everything passed. I've tried two different hard drives with the same results. I removed my hard drive and installed it in an hp 15-bs134wm and it booted up like normal. My initial thought was that my motherboard was fried but then I started hearing reports of people having this issue after a recent windows 10 update and started having doubts that my motherboard was actually the problem. Also, I have no issues accessing the BIOS menu and my time and date are still correct. The "preparing system repair screen" use to show every other attempt but now I can't get that to come on either, regardless of how many times I restart it. I'm beyond tired of messing with this thing and really have no interest in buying a new control board because I only paid 80 for the laptop and a new control will be almost as much as I paid for the whole laptop. Any advice, ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated.
