Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have two machines - Probook G4 and Probook G5 facing similar issue after clear and reinstall with a fresh image of Windows OS 10 64 bits.

 

The machine - out of sudden - shut down.

and the CPU fans keep running.

 

I came across several older post which HP support and expert request to update the BIOS.

I did once but caused the whole laptop corrupted and unable to boot since.  Send to HP authorized service ctr and was charged since. They advice not to do any BIOS update if the laptop warranty no longer support.

 

please advice. Thanks.

 

p/s:  FYI, both machines - no longer under warranty. purchase in mid 2019. Malaysia
