HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx

I'm looking for a way to connect my Spectre to a 4K screen. Preferbly via displayport as this seems to be the only actual working option according to this article: https://www.bigmessowires.com/2019/05/19/explaining-4k-60hz-video-through-usb-c-hub/

Unfortunately usb-c and video output is a jungle with most hubs only supporting 30Hz refresh rate at 4K resolution. (Making actual work on the screen a terrible experience.)

Can anyone suggest a hub that actually works?
I live in Denmark and don't want to buy from the links mentioned in the aticle. I need something either really cheap, or in Denmark(or in the EU) so I can return it, in case it does not work.

I would like it to have powerdelivery and ethernet as well, but I am also interested in usb-c to display adapters, if a complete hub is not possible to find.
