Product: hp folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I acquired my hp folio 9470m on December 2018.. since then I have replaced batteries two times after swelling.

What would be the reason for the batteries to swell even before a year ends.

occasionally my laptop and charger overheats.
