Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. Some time ago my cursor began to freeze. I followed the usual advice about updating the driver with no success. I have tried to find older drivers again with no success. I don't get the option of a roll back. The cursor has got a lot worse and has started to completely vanish from my screen. It also behaves erratically in safe mode. In desperation I did a reset and reinstalled windows but the problem is still there. I am now having to use a wireless mouse. I'd appreciate any advice but I am no expert so please bare with me. My OS is Windows 10 Pro. 10.0. Build19043. All hardware checks say the device is working properly.
