Hello, community,

I experience an issue with the Synaptics touchpad on my HP.

A few years ago the touchpad had stopped working. I tried to do many tricks but none of them helped. I decided that the touchpad died and bought a wireless mouse. A week ago I noticed the Synaptics icon in a tray displaying a green point meaning that the touchpad sensed a tap. I tried to tap the touchpad and it did work! This was lasting for one day after that it stopped working again. The device manager recognizes tho touchpad and says that it works properly, the driver is up-to-date.

What might be a cause of it? Screenshot (40).pngScreenshot (41).pngСнимок экрана (39).png
