Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

TOZO NC9 bluetooth earbuds are paired with my HP Pavilion (Win 10) but I can't get them to work - no sound at all. In case it matters, they are not listed as a sound device in my bluetooth Win 10 settings, just "Other devices".  I tried disconnecting from my phone - still won't get sound from the laptop.
