Pavilion 17 G133CY
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I have been trying to enable Bitlocker on my HP Pavilion 17 G133CY and it sees the TPM and has provisioned it for use with Bitlocker. I noticed that when I would try to setup Bitlocker it would fail with the error of It was unable to communicate with the TPM. I looked and saw there was a BIOS update and preformed it but it failed to verify the first time but still updated. During that first update it mentioned something about updating the TPM. After it booted to windows I did confirm it updated but decided to update it again to make sure that it was a good update. The second time worked and verified correctly. After the update TPM still did not work and after awhile of trying different cmd commands I decided to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics and noticed that when I did the TPM test it would fail as shows in the image. Any ideas on if this can be fixed or does this machine not have a functional TPM?
