Hi everyone!

So after a windows update (or the problem surprisingly appeared at the same time) number KB4103721 windows can't find any TPM chip anymore.

For some time Windows had been notifying me to update the driver but now it says that everything is good and when I look at the diver it dates from 2006, Windows telling me that it is the most up to date....

What I tried so far:

- factory reset of the BIOS

- updating the BIOS

- clear the TPM

- install an update for the TPM from HP (SP81900) but it says that it can't make a connection to the TPM

- remove the windows update

- try to troubleshoot the problem with windows.

If any of you have another lead I would very appreciate it!

Cheers
