Product: Probook450 G2

The TPM update wizard (IFXTPMUpdate_TPM12_v0443.exe) does no recognise my probook owner password.

 

Some while ago I chose to use my microsoft account to log in. I assumed the update wizard wanted this password. It would not accept it, so I found the orginal password and it will not accept that either.

 

Any ideas please?
