HP Recommended

Hi, I did a reset to my HP15 laptop to factory settings. It took awhile to get to 100% about 4 hours when it was finished a screen came up saying the following configuration change was requested for this computer's Trusted Platform Module (TPM):

Clear TPM

Warning Clearing the TPM erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press F1=Accept

Press F2=Reject

I put in F1 and nothing has happened I also put in the full F1=Accept still nothing. I left it on overnight thinking it might need time and still nothing. I tried shutting it off this morning left it off for about 20 minutes and it came back up. I tried the link in another questions answer and have no idea which one to try the few I looked at said something about clicking on a certain command which is no help because the command I'm trying to put in isn't doing anything! Please help me!
