HP Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Spectre attached to the Targus USB-C Universal DV4K Docking Station. I have 2 Displays attached via HDMI in to the Docking station.  Have Windows 10 - 64Bit and it has been working GREAT since the beginning of November 2018. Had a Windows 10 update on 1/28/19.  Both Displays & Notebook Display screen starting randomly turning Black and then turning back on - There did not seem to be a pattern to this. I rebooted and could not get all displays to work like before. I eventually de-installed the update. Still did not fix.  Started trouble shooting more and determined that only ONE HDMI port was working properly. It didn't matter which display i plugged in to the 'good' port, they both worked.  If i plugged either display in to the "bad HDMI' port, it didnt work. Confirmed that Display Adapters firmware is up to date as well as the Targus USB3 DV4K DOCK w PD60W firmware.   Any ideas?  Thanks!!
