Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I ran a troubleshoot and my keyboard encountered this problem,"Text Services Framework is not running". Now I am unable to fix this issue. Kindly assist.

(q w e r u i o p ) are not operational.
( right-shift-key )  also not operational
( numpad-0 & numpad-enter ) non operational
