HP Probook 470 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During OS startup, a cca. 30 seconds delay (black screen) is observed and error messages are written in the Event Log. This happenes last few weeks, and I can't link the problem with OS updates, driver installation, OS configuration changes or some similar event, I'd prefer to disable/deactivate the device/driver in question, but I don't know how to do it. 2 errors are being logged in sequence:

A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices.
