HP Recommended
Product: Zbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen suddenly froze up and the colors got all weird. I, of course, panicked and shut it down and unplugged everything. Now every time I try to turn it on the screen stays black and all the keys blink on and off. I've tried a hard/ forced reset but it hasn't worked or I've done it wrong. I'm not sure what model it is but I know it's a fairly new one.

 

(Really sorry if I chose the wrong board, I just made this account as  I couldn't find any help that worked by simply googling the issue)
