Product: EliteBook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

The two left USB ports on my EliteBook 8460p suddenly stopped working. Nothing connected to them seem to be recognised or receive any power.

I tried to uninstall all of the USB controllers and then restart, but no change.

It has been like that for the last week.

All the drivers are up to date.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.
