Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df0xxx

I loved the thermal profiles that let me how the fans functioned and to increase performance when needed, but recently they dont even turn on even when the laptop gets very hot, the thermal profiles dont seem to work either please help me fix this, its making my laptop run like something from the 90s.
