Hello,
I have been trying to transfer files from my Samsung X5 SSD to my computer but I can't seem to get the desktop to fully recognise the external SSD.
Its a thunderbolt 3 nvme SSD, the desktop has a thunderbolt 3 port when connected it registers the external SSD as it gives me the option to eject the drive in the bottom right, but it won't show in my computer or display any form of recognition that the drive has been attached...
Someone else mentioned disabling "native PCIe hotplug in" in the bios - but I couldn't find this setting in my bios...:/
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
