Product: Pavilion Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm having trouble with the touchscreen working on my laptop. This was given to me as a gift with a previous owner. I've ran several BIOS updates, failed attempts at rolling back drivers in Device Manager (option not listed), updated to latest versions of Windows, both enabled/disabled the HID compliant touch screen, and still nothing. I've sourced through numerous YouTube videos and none of them have been helpful. I also cannot get through to a CSR to express my concern. The laptop functions normally otherwise. Please help.
