Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, I was using my laptop and then went for lunch in between and left my laptop as it was. But, when i came back, my touchpad wasnt working. I instantly googled what I should do. 

I tried clicking Fn+F3 and other similar combinations but it still didnt work. 

For now, I am using a wireless mouse.

I tried the 'enable/update driver' under Mice and other pointing devices in Device manager but the driver was missing (as shown in the picture below)device mng.png

 

I checked for its setting in the settings menu but the touchpad option wasnt availaible

I checked in the mouse settings in control panel and again, no option available to make changes and such to the driver

I dont quite understand how it could have disappeared all of a sudden or if I made some sort of mistake. Please offer solutions as soon as possible, along with the cause of this perhaps?
