Good evening.

I have a problem with my HP 15 Notebook BS662tu touchpad. It stopped working, I already tried to restart the device and going to device manage into the control panel. Under the voice mice, the touchpad does not appear anymore. I have updated my window but still, it is not working and sometimes it works automatically for 5-10min. But before 2-3 days it's not working.

There is no button on the touchpad on or off and the touchpad not appearing in the setting, there is the latest version of Synaptic installed but it's not working, Now I am using an external mouse.  

Kindly resolve this issue. I am getting frustrated due to this.
