Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-ds0103nc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a problem with HP ENVY x360 - 15-ds0103nc, the touchpad and touchscreen randomly stops working simultaneously(usually after 1 hour of use), then it must be restarted. I tried newest drivers, oldest drivers and recomended drivers, reinstalling windows, installing newest bios, none of these worked. Do you know where the issue is?
