Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there folks

Laptop is running W10 1909.

Each time we install the ElanTouch pad drivers the laptop's touchpad stops functioning.

 

Tried removing and deleting the driver  No Joy

Touchpad works fine with PS2 / Compatible mouse driver

 

Won't work with ElanTP drivers 21.2.26.1 or 21.2.19.2

All other drivers are up to date. Current BIOS ver is F23

No issues in Diags either

Any suggestions?
