HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've bought a brand new HP (Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx) , windows 10 version 20H2 less than 2 months ago and I'm struggling trying to fix my TouchPad.

I already tried several tutorials from Microsoft and HP however none of them resolved my problem.

I tried reinstalling the driver, updating bios, hard bios reset, system recovery to a previous date and also I performed a factory reset but unsuccessfully.

I dont know what to do anymore.

TouchPad started working after all attempts above, however after few minutes stooped working again.

Could someone please help me?

Thanks
