Product: hp pavillion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

A request for the HID descriptor failed.

 

My touchpad doesn't work. It only works in bios. I have restarted my device. Deleted the drivers. Try to update it. Disable and enabled it but nothing seems to work.
