ProBook 455 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After almost a month in repair I got back my ProBook yesterday with a new motherboard, a new hdd and a new palmrest.
The least of my problem is that the laptop seems slow, but what is a greater problem that the mouse gets stuck in the middle of using it. It doesn't matter whether I'm loading something or just scrolling on an already loaded page it just keeps freezing for a couple of seconds then works again.

Background of the problem: before I took it to service the computer got stuck the second it got into Windows, it also became absolutely unresponsive while the mouse was working. I also got a blue death that wiped out everything. After a week in service and a new motherboard and a Windows installed by the service the same problem occured. I took it back, they changed hdd and the palmrest and now the touchpad has issues.

Thanos for any help!
