For you guys who have the sampe problem with me

I have the solution to you and i dont know if this gonna work for you

Soon after i solved this problem on my laptop

i register my account to share you guys in case you guys have same problem with your touchscreen

Same with when you dont have  touch and pen drives in HID

 even i have searched in hp support but i did'nt get............

 

Here's what i done to fix it

 

  1. Press Windows + Q 
  2. Type Device Manager
  3. Go to Mice  and other pointing device not Human Interface Devices
  4. Right click The touchscreen word ( i forgot what was written there and i just remember there is touchscreen there NOT TOUCH PAD)
  5. Then Click Properties
  6. Go to Driver
  7. Choose Rool Back Driver
  8. Done

Thats what i do
