Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop's touchpad stops responding multiple times a day.  It works under BIOS (F10 during booting) however stops working in normal win10.  Tried several troubleshooting ways including removal of drivers/ mouse driver removal/ updating Synaptics Drivers etc however nothing is giving permanent solution.  Synaptics Driver vanishes when I check the device manager.  Sometimes by removing mouse driver and rebooting solves the issue but temporarily.  Need permanent Fix.  I have Win 10  Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 (2H21).  Can't see a sepcific Synaptics driver for this ver of Windows.  Don't see this as a HW issue, more of a SW issue however not sure how to resolve.  Request help
