Product: Go envy 6000
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I am in a camper and I set up a brand new Envy 6000 printer, I have a jetpack.  The first few days it worked fine but now it tells me the printer is not connected.   I've followed directions from the HP smart app which said to press the Wi-Fi button on the back which I did and press the info button.  Notjing happens and it still wont print.  Its eating up alot of my time that I dont have, please help!
