Product: HP Elite Book 8530p NotebookPC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteBook 8530p Note Book PC.  I turn it on and it goes to window for me to type my password in. I double tap the mouse pointer in the  password box nothing happen.  Then I shut it down and turn it back on and I tap the ESC key repeatly and nothing happen.  

What should I do?
