HP Recommended
EliteBook 835 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It can't detect my SSD hhd case no matter what SSD is inserted. It can detect the disk SOMETIMES if the USB head is inserted 3/4 of the full length (not totally inserted), but it will be discounted suddenly after few minutes.

If the device is not detected, it can't be safely removed on windows; if it is inserted but not detected, manual windows shut down take infinite time.

The case can be quickly detected on my very old desktop. All other USB 3.0 external hard disks are fine in this Elitebook.

Thanks
