Product: USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My setup: Dell XPS 15 7590 + Dock HP G5 + 2 monitors 34" Xiaomi Mi & 24" AOC e2436Pa.
When I connect the two monitors to the dock (DisplayPort & HDMI), I only get 1280x720 resolution on the 24". (Should be 1920x1080 though).
It can't be the dock itself, since I get full resolution on both monitors with a second device (Surface Book 3) via the dock.
However, since both devices are used regularly, and SB3 does not have an HDMI port, the dock unfortunately does not serve its purpose.
Is the hardware incompatible here? Is it a software/driver bug? Do i need other devices?
