HP Recommended
Product: Probook 450 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was updating the bios, the system completed the bios update nominally, the moved onto a usb c controller firmware update; "Updating USB-C controller firmware from version [double space] to version 7.10.0."

 

It has not progressed beyond 57%, and says not uo turn off the system. I do have a bootable thumb drive plugged into one of the USB-A ports.
