Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

    I have HP EliteBook 1040 G3, EliteBook Folio 1040 and i bought USB-C OTG hub to utilize my USB-C port, but nothing happens when i plugin in hub and usb stick. i tried hub in my android Nokia 8 mobile and i can access the attached usb stick with no problem. but in my pc, it not doing anything, even trying to install any driver for it.

 

Please let me know how can i check and update related driver. thanks.
