Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0000nc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to charge my laptop HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0000nc using USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 and I have a 20.000mAh Powerbank 20V and 100 Watts and USB-C to USB-C cable. Everything should work but when I plug-in the Powerbank to my laptop it doesn't do anythink.

 

If anybody knows what I'm doing wrong or what I should do, let me know.
