Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

for those asking about usb-C charging on Envy X-360. I was able to charge my laptop using a 65W usb C charger. earlier I was only able to charge the laptop when it is turned off. but after recent update (firmware update) and updating to windows 10 20h2 I able to charge the laptop normally even when it turned on. Thank you for resolving this matter.
