TPA-B01
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Morning,

 

In our organisation we have 2 types of docking station the TPA-B01 and Dock G4. The Dock G4 is charging with no problems, but the TPA-B01 is not charging. I searched all the documents, but I can't find if the TPA-B01 is supposed to be not charging.

I also tried a larger powersupply but thats not working. We ordered the TPA-B01 because the Dock was out of stock. We have 2 of the TPA-B01 and both are not charging the laptop.

 

The laptops we are using are HP probook G5. I hope someone could confirm that the TPA-B01 is broken or not.
