Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

 

I have a HP Elite x2 1012 G1, which charges via USB-C.

When connecting to my DELL P2719HC monitor USB-C cable, the monitor displays the image correctly, but it does not charge the laptop.

 

I also have a HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5, which charges via USB-C.

This laptop charges via the above monitor without issue.

 

I can charge both with a docking station USB-C.

Do I need specific drivers on the HP Elite x2 1012 G1?   Any ideas?
