Product: Probook 4710s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hello everyone,
i just brought this laptop back to life. I installed windows 8.1 and everything seems to be working fine except the USB mouse. When i plug it in a USB port it seems dead. When i plug it in a USB3 port windows recognizes the unknown device, the light on the mouse goes on but it stays unknown and the mouse is not working. My USB ports are working fine with other devices/flash drives. The mouse is also working fine in other devices. Any suggestions? Thanks in regard.
