Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

My laptop's USB ports are NOT picking up any USB stroage flash drive, whenever I put any USB IN i see in Device Manager - Other devices.. a new name popup with Cruzer Slice, please see the attached screenshot.

 

I have tired USB updated drivers, but still no use..

 

 

I'll appreciate any support to resolve my issue please.
