Probook 6570b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, when I connect the device to USB 3.0, it disconnects itself and connects again and again and again. It only does this when the charger adapter is connected to the PC and charging.
When I disconnect the charger adapter, the battery and PC only run on battery, it does not do so and the USB remains nominally connected.
I have Win 10 64bit and it does.
When I had Win 7 64bit it didn't work.
It started doing a reinstallation on Win 10.
As if something had happened to the power supply, maybe something had been reset in the BIOS.
I also noticed it does when the adapter is plugged into the PC and the PC uses the processor above 10% power, when the power is lower, the USB does not disconnect.
What could it do?
Thank you for answer.
